For 26 years, First Coast Opera has brought the excitement, artistry, and emotional power of live opera to audiences across Northeast Florida. As the region’s first opera company, we are committed to presenting fully staged productions that combine world-class singing with the spectacle of live orchestra, chorus, sets, costumes, and theatrical storytelling. Beyond the mainstage, our season also includes dinner concerts and free community performances that make opera accessible, welcoming, and engaging for audiences of all backgrounds.
