We regret that there are no refunds or cancellations.
Ticket Exchange
If you are unable to attend a performance, you are eligible for to exchange them for a future performance in the same season, subject to availability.

Exchanges must be requested 24 hours before performance curtain time

Ticket holders will be asked to pay the difference in price should the replacement performance ticket price exceed that of the original ticket.
Tickets may be exchanged by leaving a message at the box office at 904-407-5555 or emailing your request to hello@firstcoastopera.org.
Ticket Donations
If you are unable to use your tickets, you may donate them to the First Coast Opera for resale until curtain time by emailing hello@firstcoastopera.org.
Ticket donations must be received prior to the performance. Once your donated tickets are received by FCO, a tax receipt will be mailed to you within four weeks after the performance date.
Youth & Young Patron Tickets
First Coast Opera is pleased to offer special pricing for younger audiences.

Youth Tickets are available for patrons under age 18 and are free with the purchase of an adult ticket.

Young Patron Tickets are available for patrons under age 30 at a discounted rate.
Youth and Young Patron tickets are available for most performances but are not valid for premium seating. Premium seats must be purchased at the regular adult ticket price.
If your party wishes to sit together in the premium seating section, all members of the party, including youth and young patrons, must purchase regular-priced premium tickets.
